Seacrest Medical Group Accepts Insurance Plans
The doctors here at Seacrest Medical Group P.A. accept many commercial or private insurance plans, a large number of PPOs and other managed care plans.
For your convenience, our office will bill your insurance company. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you to every visit. Keep in mind that charges not covered by your insurance, such as deductibles, co-pays and balances, are your responsibility. Payment is due at the time of service.
To facilitate payment we accept VISA and Mastercard.
